Encapsulation Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Encapsulation Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position requires hands-on knowledge of the encapsulation process from start to finish, with the ability to operate equipment independently and maintain required production levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and clean encapsulation equipment in accordance with batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Set up equipment following validated parameters and perform changeovers as needed Ensure proper handling and transport of blend materials to and from the staging area Load materials and capsules into the machine, maintain capsule weight, and perform in-process quality checks Document all process data accurately in the batch records Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor promptly

EXCLUYENTE

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with encapsulation machines.
