Responsibilities Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Maintain accurate production logs and reports for tracking purposes. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
