We are seeking a Packaging Lab Technician for a full-time, on-site role based at our Kendall campus, where you will work directly with the Package Engineering team. Your primary workspace will be the Shock & Vibration Lab, where you will be responsible for performing both environmental exposure and physical testing protocols. Role Requirements Demonstrate the physical capability to lift up to 50lbs. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. Ensure strict adherence to established processes and operational procedures. Uphold consistent punctuality to help maintain project timelines. Because this position involves specialized work, the Package Engineering Department will facilitate comprehensive lab training sessions. Core Responsibilities Carry out specific packing instructions to ensure project success. Execute complex testing sequences as required by the engineering team. Manage and download data files to support accurate record-keeping. Contribute valuable insights to the engineering team to improve overall processes. Support engineers with daily testing duties to help streamline laboratory operations. Record and document test findings to facilitate the creation of Distribution Test Reports.
