•$17 per hour based on experience Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Paid time off, health insurance, and career advancement opportunities Hands-on training and development in a growing industry Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable GMP Packaging Operators to join our team in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant manufacturing environment. The Packaging Operator is responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficient packaging of finished products, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP guidelines, and internal quality standards. Responsibilities Operate, clean, and set up packaging line equipment, including labelers, blister machines, bottle fillers, cappers, sealers, and cartoners. Perform packaging of tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids in accordance with batch records and SOPs. Conduct in-process quality checks (e.g., weight, torque, seal integrity).

Accurately complete all required documentation:

packaging records, logbooks, cleaning logs. Inspect finished goods for proper labeling, visible defects, and compliance with specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization in packaging areas per GMP housekeeping standards. Promptly report equipment malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor. Support line changeovers and clearances. Follow all safety procedures and participate in regular safety training. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in a packaging role within a GMP-regulated facility (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or cosmetics industries preferred).

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret batch records and SOPs in English. Proficiency in basic math (weights, counts, measurements). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team player with strong communication and adaptability skills.

• Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and SOP requirements. Experience with bottling, blister packaging, pouching, or other automated systems.
