WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Are you passionate about producing amazing products that support the aviation industry. We're seeking motivated Machine Operators to help us deliver quality products in a safe, collaborative environment. This position is 12-hour shift nights that has a rotating shift pattern. The two-week period would be Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; the following week would be Wednesday and Thursday. The pattern would then start over again for the next two weeks. The machine operator will be running equipment to produce ceramic ingots.Responsibilities include:
Ability to make in-process adjustments based on information (rate, distance, diameter.) Must be able to operate lathe or spray dry machinery Load material into the machine and set up to run. Then monitor completion. Mainly work independently, but transfer from machine to machine for weights and chemistries. Run the assigned machine per specified instructions for each ingot type. Accurately and completely fill out paperwork as needed. Perform pre-shift preparation and ensure that all surfaces that will contact product (piping/vessels) are sanitized and ready for operation. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups. Clean and sanitize room areas as needed. Read daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and turn in to appropriate personnel, fill out work orders as needed. Complete electronic and written production reportingIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
