Machine Operator - 1st

$15.00/hr We are currently hiring a Machine Operator for a 1st shift position in Ocala! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable operating various types of equipment to fabricate, finish, and package products.

Responsibilities:

Operate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automatic, semi-automatic, and manual equipment safely and efficiently Set up, run, and monitor machinery to ensure quality production Fabricate, finish, assemble, and package products according to specifications Perform quality checks and inspect finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to operate hand tools and production equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
