What You'll Be Doing:

As a Production Technician, you'll be on the frontlines — assembling high-quality HVAC products that power comfort across homes and businesses. You'll follow clear instructions, operate with safety as your #1 priority, and play a key role in product development and custom orders. Here's the cool part : You'll be working on technology that reduces energy demand and carbon emissions — helping build a more sustainable future.

Pay & Shifts:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.00/hour 2nd

Shift:

3:30 PM - 12:00 AM | $18.00/hour (includes shift premium) ✨ After completing 90 days of work, (with good attendance & work performance) you are eligible for direct hire and will receive a pay increase and full benefits. ✅

We're Looking For:

Team players with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow detailed instructions (written & spoken). Comfort with fast-paced, repetitive tasks. Basic English reading skills to follow diagrams, instructions, and safety protocols. Ability to stand for up to 3 hours continuously. Great attendance record — we're building a strong, reliable team.
