Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator who will be responsible for setting up machines, conducting tooling and equipment changeovers, performing basic troubleshooting, and operating machinery efficiently. Responsibilities Set up machines according to specifications. Conduct tooling and equipment changeovers. Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery. Operate machines efficiently and safely. Ensure production goals are met through proficient machine operation. Essential Skills Proficiency in machine operation and operating tools. Experience with tooling changes and machine changeovers. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. At least 1 year of experience in machine operation, automotive, or machinery repair/building. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with production and general labor tasks.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pinellas Park, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
