Orlando, FL Pay Rate:
$16.80/hr + $1
Shift Differential Hours:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defective parts Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials or finished products as required Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, inspecting parts for quality, maintaining consistent production cycles, and performing secondary operations as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to producing quality products.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure consistent production cycles Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet established quality standards Identify and report defective parts, machine issues, or other production concerns Monitor material levels and notify the appropriate team member when materials are running low Perform secondary operations such as trimming, removing flash, grinding, and assembly Visually inspect molds and equipment for leaks, broken components, missing parts, or other issues Ensure materials and regrind are properly labeled and matched Maintain a clean and organized workstation and keep aisles clear Follow all safety, quality, production, and housekeeping procedures Communicate important production information and issues to the following shift Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions, Inc., independently owned and operated since 1995, offers concierge health, dental and vision benefits to our employees.
