Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join a leading production company located in Pompano Beach, FL . This role is key to creating high-quality embroidered products and requires excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and a strong work ethic.

Please note:

The first step in the hiring process is completing the application and onboarding process through our agency (5th HQ Staffing) before being assigned to the client's facility.

Location:

Pompano Beach, FL Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Employment Type:

Full-time Responsibilities Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce precise, high-quality designs. Inspect products regularly to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime. Follow established production guidelines for thread colors, design placement, and settings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily goals. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or embroidery operations preferred. Ability to stand for long periods during the shift. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation.

Availability Requirement:

During the peak production period (November and December) , no time off is permitted. Consistent attendance is required during these months.
