6+ Months Job Description We are seeking a Production Operator to support daily operations in a manufacturing/production environment. This position performs basic production duties under the guidance of a qualified operator while following established safety, quality, and operating procedures. Responsibilities Perform basic production and work-area functions with appropriate oversight. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks. Follow all company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies and procedures. Communicate and collaborate professionally with coworkers and supervisors. Assist team members as needed to achieve production and work-center goals. Qualifications Basic math and communication skills. Ability to follow written procedures and instructions precisely. Strong attention to safety, quality, and organization. Dependable with good time-management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced operators.
