Pay:

$16-$20 per hour (Pay based on experience and aptitude) Superior Sources is hiring immediately for full-time Machine Operators to join our manufacturing and shipping team. Position Summary Operate light and medium-duty machinery while assisting with daily production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Operate light and medium-duty manufacturing machinery Follow written and verbal work instructions Use hand tools such as wrenches and measuring equipment Assist with general production and labor needs Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently or as part of a team Meet daily production expectations in a fast-paced environment Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Reliable transportation Dependable with strong teamwork skills Must pass background check (clean record required) Drug-free workplace (pre-employment testing required) Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime as required 8-10 hour shifts Work Environment In-person position (not remote) Smoke-free and tobacco-free campus (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco permitted on premises) Fast-paced manufacturing & shipping facility Application Process We receive a high volume of applications and are unable to respond to each applicant individually.
