Email Job Job Description The Solderer (second shift) will perform any or all of the following job duties as assigned: Solder SMT Touch-up Hand/Laser Marking Mechanical Assembly Bonding Routing Mechanical Rework Board Cleaning Material Handling Complex Box Builds Operator Self Inspection Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Performs assessment of product quality Keeps work area clean and orderly Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment Requirements High school education or equivalent Minimum of one year of soldering and assembly experience Vision corrected to 20/20 and ability to distinguish colors Standing or sitting for extended periods of time may be required Infrequent lifting and moving of material up to 40 pounds Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided): 1. ESD & Class 0 Certification 2. Component Identification Training 3. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Training 4. Component/PWB Handling 5. Right-To-Know Training 6. Moisture Sensitive Devices 7.
