We are looking for a skilled Packaging Tech to join our team. The responsibility of a Packaging Technician is to ensure the efficient and effective packaging of products for distribution, while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules. The following is a list of duties and responsibilities, this is not all inclusive list: Follow and understand all instructions given by the packaging line lead. Label cases before during, or after packaging Perform visual inspections of finished products for quality issues Pack finished goods into proper shipping cases. Perform sanitation on equipment as required Other duties may be assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

Previous packaging experience Excellent communication skills Knowledge of GMPs Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous packaging experience or in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, lifting, bending, and reaching. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Will be required to spend the majority of time on his/her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4 hours Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 10-60 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 60 pounds Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, ladders, step stool and box cutters. Proper PPE must be worn when working in our manufacturing warehouse.
