Job Description:
The job functions and responsibilities include proficient operation of packaging equipment including manual case labeling, visual inspections, bundling, cartoning, labeling, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, and documentation practices.
Responsibilities:
Operates automated and manual packaging line equipment (ointment and basic solution/suspension) Transfer components into the aseptic area Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance) Disinfects aseptic filling lines after each run and performs line clearance Operates Continuous Particle Monitoring System Responsible for maintaining OEE (system entry and standards) Document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR) Support operational and EHS initiatives Assume responsibility for the
GMP, ISO, EHS
awareness and compliance within the respective area Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements All other duties, as assigned

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; Monday through Friday; 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:30am); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$18.00 to $24.50 per hour; depends on experience.
Differentials:
2nd Shift ($0.85/hr), 3rd Shift ($1.10/hr), Core Differential ($1.10/hr),12 hour shift 6pm-6am ($1.10/hr). Benefits are offered. Drug Free Workplace Veterans Preference Equal Opportunity Employer
