1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a safety-conscious Back-Up Machine Operators to support our production team in Pasco County. This role involves assisting with machine operation, monitoring equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly during all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery as needed. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance. Ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Support production team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus . Ability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
