Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dough/Cream Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating mixing and processing equipment used to prepare dough and cream products according to company recipes and quality standards. The candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment and follows safety and sanitation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate dough mixers, cream machines, and related production equipment. Measure and add ingredients according to recipes and batch specifications. Monitor mixing processes to ensure proper consistency, texture, and quality. Adjust machine settings as needed (speed, time, temperature). Load raw materials and unload finished product from machines. Perform routine quality checks on dough and cream products. Maintain accurate production records and batch logs. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following GMP standards. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred . 6 months or more of food production or machine operator experience preferred . Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes warm/cold environment. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with mixing, baking, or food processing equipment. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Food manufacturing/production facility. Exposure to ingredients, machinery, and varying temperatures. Requires standing, bending, lifting up to 100lbs as needed, and repetitive tasks.
