1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Mix / Silos Machine Operators to join our production team in Pasco County. This role involves preparing and mixing products, filling silos, and supporting production operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix ingredients according to production specifications. Fill silos or containers accurately and efficiently. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Assist team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus .
