Position Overview As a Flatline UV Machinery Operator, you will play a crucial role in our fully automated UV flat line finishing process. This position requires someone who is mechanically inclined and comfortable working with a diverse range of tools, from hand tools to forklifts and heavy-duty conveyors. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor UV coating machinery to ensure high-quality finishing on plywood products. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality. Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented and possess a strong aptitude for working with machines. We are looking for someone who can think critically and solve problems as they arise. Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
