Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

1st 5:30am-2:00pm What's the Job? Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses. Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment. Consistently meet production requirements to ensure timely delivery of products. Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions to maintain quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least one year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience. Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times. Strong communication skills in English.
