Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various machinery and tools in a manufacturing setting. Duties
- Operate and set up press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate bends and angles
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed Qualifications
- Experience with press brake operation
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Familiarity with laser cutting, stamping press, and plasma cutting machines
- Ability to use calipers for precise measurements
- Proficiency in programming press brake equipment is a plus
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with CNC machinery is advantageous
- Ability to assemble parts accurately
