operating and cleaning the fluid filling and packaging equipment cleaning the environment of the filling room maintaining sanitary equipment and environment for the packaging of fluid products operating fluid filling equipment at a proficient level, while filling products into gallon, half-gallon and single serve containers including milk, eggnog, fruit drinks, juices, teas and water operating the CIP and COP systems operating the floor cleaner and scrubbing equipment disassembling and reassembling fluid fillers and associated equipment for cleaning responsible for manual and hand cleaning of casers, labelers, conveyors, fillers, filler parts stackers, walls, drains, empty case conveyors, control panels, and any equipment involved in packaging operating and maintaining equipment of the fluid packaging area, including labelers, conveyors, fillers, casers, stackers, etc. maintaining accurate written production records performing laboratory tests and monitor weight control of product, and producing a quality product in a manner that meets Publix and Regulatory standards.
