- 3:00 PM Second shift: Monday

What We're Looking For:
Manufacturing or assembly quality experience Ability to use quality gauges accurately Ability to operate hand, pneumatic, and electronic tools Strong problem-solving skills Basic math, reading, and writing skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Willingness to travel for training if required Commitment to following safety and quality procedures 1+ year of assembly experience preferred Experience assembling automotive components preferred What You'll Do as an
Assembly Associate:
Assemble metal, foam, fabric/leather, and electronic automotive seat components Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, fixtures, and jigs to complete assembly tasks Review work orders and work instructions to ensure specifications are met Inspect parts and identify defective components during production Monitor production flow and support continuous operations Perform material handling duties as needed Conduct layered audits and quality inspections Package finished products for shipment Rotate between production tasks as required Maintain 5S workplace organization standards Track parts and scrap using electronic systems Follow assembly and production processes and procedures Complete production reports as needed Support production workflow by performing various operations within the work area Comply with Quality Policy, ISO/TS 16949 requirements, and all safety policies Adhere to company anti-mutilation policies and workplace standards MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
