Machine Operator Highlights:

Malone Shift :
1st and 2nd shift options Must be available to work overtime, as well as occasional/mandatory weekends Machine Operator Summary This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and tools. Assemble products and perform validation testing. Meet production targets and report defects/incidents. Maintain quality standards on all tasks. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels. Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.
Machine Operator Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required One year or more of recent manufacturing experience, SAP/MES knowledge, automated production line experience, and machinery troubleshooting preferred. Able to lift up to 50lbs Good communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills required Knowledge of basic safety rules Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
