Job Description
MACHINE OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for several Machine Operator s for a company based in Fairmount , GA . In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of equipment used in the brick manufacturing process, including grinders, dehackers, automated setter systems, front-end loaders, and kiln operations. You will help ensure safe and efficient production, maintain quality standards, transport materials throughout the facility, and support overall plant operations while following all safety procedures and company guidelines. This position is full-time , temporary to hire . Pay Rate $1 6 .00 per hour + shift premiums (if applicable) Daily production incentive (if applicable) + $50 weekly achievement bonus ( if earned.) Schedule s and Hours Rotating D ay shift, 7 :00 am-7 :00 pm (2 on 2 off 3 on- working every other weekend) Rotating D ay shift, 8 :00 am

- 6:00am to 12:00pm Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Dehack machinery, grinding equipment, and other production equipment to process, separate, and transport brick products and raw materials.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficient operations and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility using designated equipment while supporting production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete assigned production tasks and documentation. Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience operating industrial, manufacturing, grinding, or other production equipment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (in office assessment will be conducted) and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Type Full
