•Locust Grove is seeking an experienced Manual Machine Operator to add to our team! We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team on 1st shift! This position is ideal for candidates with previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, especially those familiar with foam cutting machines, slitters, band saws, converting machines, or CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment. Operate foam cutting machines, slitters, band saws, converting machines, and similar production equipment. Follow production instructions, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate results. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency. Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Skills & Abilities:

Experience operating CNC machines, foam cutting equipment, slitters, band saws, or converting machines is highly preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a team.
