Assembly Operator Summary We are looking for motivated Assembly Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components, performing inspections, and testing products. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple assembly processes. Job Highlights $17.00 / hour 4-Day Work Week Overtime opportunities Key Responsibilities Assemble components according to established procedures and specifications Inspect parts and finished products Perform functional testing and make necessary adjustments Record production counts and maintain daily documentation Properly use and maintain hand tools and equipment Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts Qualifications 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Quality-focused mindset Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to learn multiple assembly processes Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized and safety-conscious work habits Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Education High School Diploma or GED required Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
