As a Tufting Machine Operator, you will support production by safely operating tufting machines while ensuring quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience operating tufting machines (required) Experience in textile manufacturing or warehouse environments (preferred) Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Must pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) for 6-8 weeks before moving to 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) What You'll Do as a
