Job Description

Industrial Saw Operator Lawrenceville, GA Pay:

$23-$25/hr.

Schedule:

1st shift Responsibilities Operate industrial saws, including band saws, circular saws, and other cutting machinery, ensuring precise cuts according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine cutting requirements. Program CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CAM programming tools to automate cutting processes. Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Set up and adjust machinery including press brake machines, stamping presses, and fabrication tools for optimal performance. Handle materials safely using forklifts and proper materials handling techniques within the manufacturing facility. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and CNC programming languages. Experience operating various manufacturing equipment such as press brake machines, stamping presses, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and flexo presses. Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise machining. Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes, tooling setup, and materials handling. Skilled in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
