Job Description

JOB DETAILS
First Shift, Sunday
  • Saturday 6:00 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES
Rotate duties on an assembly line Learn more than one part of the assembly process Assemble parts of a larger machine or monitor an assembly station to ensure quality and equipment functionality Read blueprints and schematics to understand the construction process Utilize a variety of hand and power tools Operate and monitor machinery Connect parts by welding or inserting screws or bolts Measure workpieces Inspect products for quality and damages Pack products into boxes for storage or shipment Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Warehouse, assembly, and/or manufacturing experience is a plus May stand for an extended time Engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting Willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent communication and collaboration skills Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
