Machine Operator - Paintline Manufacturing - 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Paintline Operators to join our second shift team. As a Paintline Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment on the paint line, applying coatings onto metal strips, and ensuring the quality of the finished products meets standards.

POSITION HOURS

Monday through Friday 3PM-11PM, scheduled overtime required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate paint line equipment to apply coatings onto metal strips. Monitor the production process and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency and quality. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a paintline operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures. Excellent communication skills.
