CNC Engineer (Machine Setup & Commissioning - Vacuum Systems)

Job Description:

Harmony Countertops is seeking an experienced CNC Engineer to assist with the setup and commissioning of a CNC Machine for its new owner in the Macon, GA area. This hands-on role focused on getting the machine fully operational and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and calibrate CNC machine for initial operation Configure and optimize vacuum pump hold-down system Ensure machine is running accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot any startup or performance issues Provide basic guidance or training to the new owner if needed\

Qualifications :

Proven experience setting up CNC machine from scratch Strong knowledge of vacuum hold-down systems (critical) Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or operational issues Experienced with stone (Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, .etc..) is a plus Reliable and able to work independently on-site
