Production Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to build and test products according to work instructions and quality standards. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, the ability to use small hand tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components following work instructions and blueprints. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and other assembly equipment. Perform quality checks and testing to ensure products meet specifications. Read and follow schematics, shop orders, and engineering documents. Cross-train in other manufacturing areas as needed. Report quality or process issues to supervisors. Maintain a safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience with assembly, soldering, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to use small hand tools and assemble small parts accurately. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
