Clamp Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with heavy lifting and has experience in materials handling. The Operator will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall productivity and safety of our operations.

Pay First Shift :

$19.00 per hour (7:00 am to 4:00 pm)

Day Shift :

$19.50 per hour (4:00 pm to 12:30 am) Duties Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and materials handling to ensure timely shipping and receiving of products. Build and assemble products as required, adhering to safety guidelines and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required . Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is strongly preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Ability to consistently perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, throughout the shift. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
