Scrap Tire Processing Facility - Machine Operator / General Labor We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team at a growing tire processing facility. This position involves operating and assisting with industrial equipment used in tire processing, along with general labor duties throughout the shop and yard. Responsibilities Assist with operation of tire processing and shredding equipment Sort and handle used tires and related materials Move, stack, load, and organize tires throughout the facility Remove rims and other materials from tires when needed Cut, band, and prepare tire materials for processing or transport Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with various shop, yard, and maintenance tasks as assigned Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment Comfortable working around machinery and equipment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Traits We Value Most Honesty and integrity Strong communication skills Promptness and reliability Professional attitude and work ethic This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to work.
