Job Duties Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and load/unload trucks. Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and material handling. Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, including packaging and system transactions. Identify and document overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D). Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Follow detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment. Maintain compliance with TSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using banding/shrink wrap equipment. RF scan gun experience required. Previous forklift certification preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with team members. Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed. Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, and use hands for material handling tasks. Lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Reach above shoulder level and handle materials throughout the warehouse environment.
