What You'll Do:
Spend your first 3 to 6 months learning the ropes on 1st shift alongside experienced leads. Learn to set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment. Perform mechanical changeovers between product runs using hand and power tools. Carry out routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools. Maintain a safe and organized work zone following safety and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
What We're Looking For:
Shift Availability:
Able to work 1st Shift (Daytime) for the first 3-6 months during training, then transition permanently to 3rd Shift (Nighttime).
Mechanical Aptitude:
You enjoy working with your hands, fixing equipment, or repairing engines/appliances.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities Training & Mentorship:
Complete a comprehensive 3•to 6-month hands-on onboarding program on 1st shift alongside dedicated trainers.
Mechanical Setup & Changeovers:
Assist with changing over tooling, dies, and mechanical components between production runs.
Troubleshooting & Adjustments:
Learn to diagnose operational delays, mechanical failures, or product defects; clear jams and make fine mechanical adjustments to keep production lines running at optimal speed.
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine lubrication, cleaning, blade replacements, and mechanical inspections.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all OSHA guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and company safety rules.
Documentation:
Accurately log equipment downtime, routine maintenance performed, parts used, and job setup metrics into the plant tracking system.
