Full-Time Position Summary Woody's Shirts & Scrubs is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered apparel, Experience with commercial embroidery equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines. Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery. Load designs and verify thread colors and placement. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Trim backing and loose threads and prepare orders for delivery. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance. Keep work area clean and organized. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Communicate any production or quality issues to management. Assist with other production tasks as needed. Qualifications Embroidery experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable with excellent attendance. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Basic computer skills are needed.
