•2nd Shift Now hiring a Machine Technician / Setup Technician
•2nd Shift in Suwanee, GA. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $25.00/hour with shift hours from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Ideal for individuals with CNC setup, machining, or machine technician experience who possess a strong mechanical troubleshooting skill set and an understanding of machining processes. Benefits Competitive pay rate Supportive team environment Opportunities for skill development About the Role As a Machine Technician / Setup Technician, you will support second-shift precision manufacturing operations, focusing on machine setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, tooling, process adjustments, and aiding machine operators. Your expertise will help maintain safe, efficient, and consistent production. Pay Rate $25.00/hour Available Shift Times Monday
•Thursday, 3:00 PM
•1:30 AM Key Responsibilities Perform machine setups and production changeovers, including installing tooling and verifying machine parameters. Read and interpret blueprints and setup documentation. Make offsets and process adjustments, troubleshoot alarms, and support machine operation. Support root-cause analysis for quality issues and minimize machine downtime. Document technical issues and work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams. Follow all safety and quality protocols. Key Requirements Previous CNC setup, machining, or machine technician experience. Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and blueprints. Ability to make process adjustments, interpret drawings, and use precision measuring tools. Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Support and coaching ability for less-experienced operators.
Preferred:
