Bringing Home the Dough The Dough Table Operator's job duties consist of assisting Dough Mixer in pushing dough-filled trough to dough sheeter area and emptying scrap dough barrels in dough mixer, loading dough into dough sheeter hopper, overseeing table operations, assists in overseeing the honey bun fryer and quality of product, logs weighs and assists in setting up equipment at beginning of shift. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality, and\or quality. Rising to the

Challenge:

Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Loading dough into dough sheeter hopper

• assist mixer in pushing trough to hoist, operate equipment to lift and empty dough into hopper. Operating dough sheeter table
• set up equipment, log weights, position scrap barrels, move empty dough troughs to mixer area. Overseeing Honey Bun Fryer
• operate valves to regulate fryer levels, ensure proper temperature is maintained, ensure fryer is operating properly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications Experience:

One or more years of experience in an industrial food manufacturing facility, preferably in honey bun production.

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred. No educational prerequisite; however must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job, safety, and production standards. Must be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English in person or via telephone and on paging device.

Essential Job Requirements Range of Motion:

Requires reaching forward 12 to 24 inches and reaching above shoulder level.

Required abilities:

pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, climbing, and twisting.

Lifting Requirement:

Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 16 hours on a daily basis.

Sensory abilities required:

Hearing, vision and smell sufficient to: detect malfunctions in all production equipment evaluate product size, shape, color, appearance, position set gauges, dials, rulers, guides, etc.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum of three months experience working in an industrial food manufacturing facility required. One or more years experience preferred. Salary Range
