Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Production & Warehouse Technician to join our team at Asymmetry Technologies, We manufacture plant probiotic products and other formulated goods that ship out to real customers who depend on consistency. Responsibilities
- Blend and mix product according to written formulas and SOPs
- Load, label, and stage finished product for shipping
- Manage incoming raw materials and warehouse inventory — know what's on the shelf and where
- Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Cross-train across production and warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications
- Some manufacturing or mechanical experience — you've worked with your hands, run equipment, or fixed things before
- Basic math and measurement skills you can actually use (ratios, unit conversion, reading a scale correctly)
- Reliability that doesn't need to be managed — you show up on time, every time, without being chased
- Common sense under pressure — you can make a reasonable call when something isn't explicitly covered in the instructions
- Ability to follow a written procedure exactly when precision matters, and think for yourself when it doesn't Physical Requirements
- Standing and moving for a full shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around lab and production equipment
