Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker to join our team in chemical and microbiological processing industry. The Batch Maker will be responsible for following strict guidelines to produce high-quality agricultural products while adhering to necessary regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. ## Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes (Batch sheets) and specifications
- Operate equipment to blend and package all products
- Sanitize work areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and compliance with in house safety standards
- Monitor batch processes to ensure quality control
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines throughout the production process ## Requirements
- Previous experience in production or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols and batch processing plant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of sanitation and cleanliness in a production setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
