Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems
- Follow instructions and specifications to maintain product quality
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Mechanical aptitude to understand machinery operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
