7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays 7:00am-12:00pm Join a fast-paced production team as a Bindery Operator! Bindery Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate punching, coiling, and other bindery equipment
• Collate, assemble, and package printed materials according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as needed
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Bindery Operator Requirements:

• Previous bindery, printing, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move production materials as needed
• Willingness to learn and operate various bindery machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
