Agropur is seeking a Machine Operator to support safe, efficient dairy production at our modern manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and monitor equipment used to process and package milk, cheese, and other dairy products, ensuring consistent quality and food safety. You'll follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines, complete basic troubleshooting and cleaning, and accurately record production data. Working in a fast-paced, team-based environment, you'll contribute to a member-owned cooperative focused on quality, collaboration, innovation, and sustainable dairy practices. Responsibilities Operate and monitor dairy manufacturing equipment to safely produce quality products. Set up, adjust, and clean machines according to production schedules and SOPs. Perform basic equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to maintain uptime. Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards throughout the shift. Record production data, quality checks, and equipment readings accurately. Work closely with team members, maintenance, and quality to resolve issues quickly. Handle and stage raw materials and packaging, ensuring proper labeling and traceability. Participate in safety programs, lockout/tagout, and continuous improvement activities.
