Operator Responsibilities:
  • Follow company policies, procedures and specific job order requirements
  • Rotate between departments including Assembly, Glue Booth, Foam Saw, Waterjet, CNC, Pillow Line, Routing, Vacuum Forming and Material Prep, as trained
  • Prepare and package products according to order specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area and paperwork
  • Operate, load and maintain band saw, waterjet, CNC, and forming machines after proper training
  • Accurately complete required documentation for each job
Operator Requirements:
  • Proven work history with prior experience of solid employment within a production setting; include detailed experience on resume
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math operations, including measurement reading
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with team lifts for heavier loads
  • Ability to work in a hot environment, maintaining safety and productivity throughout 8 to 12-hour shifts
