Hose Assembly Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hose Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses using hand tools and assembly equipment Cut hose to required lengths and attach fittings according to work orders Operate crimping machines and other basic shop equipment Inspect finished products for accuracy, leaks, and quality standards Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic blueprints Label, package, and prepare finished hoses for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods

Work Environment:
