Laser Separation Operator

If so, this job is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Laser Separation Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting equipment, separate cut metal parts, and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up, monitor, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment. Unload cut parts from the laser bed and separate individual metal pieces. Organize parts for the next stage of production. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and clean cuts. Remove excess material and rough edges using sanders or grinders. Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean. Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to operate machinery and follow instructions. Ability to inspect parts for accuracy and defects. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to use hand tools, sanders, and grinders. Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. What you'll get:
