AM Pay:

$19.50/hr ($18.00 base + $1.50 shift differential) Potential overtime on Fridays Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. Load raw materials and parts into machines. Adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools. Identify and troubleshoot machine or production issues. Deburr, clean, and package finished parts according to quality standards. Maintain accurate production records. Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Communicate production updates and concerns to supervisors and team members. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Comfortable working with machinery and performing repetitive tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but on-the-job training is provided. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and arms, including reaching and handling materials. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
