PRODUCTION MACHINIST

In this role, you'll operate a variety of machines to produce high-quality parts with precision and care in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Load and unload parts, operate assigned machines, and keep production flowing smoothly Operate CNC and production machinery to produce parts to specifications and quality standards Inspect and gauge parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Ensure machinery is in proper working order before running jobs Deburr and inspect finished parts to meet exact specifications Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished parts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company policies, production procedures, and safety guidelines Assist with other duties as needed to support production and scheduling requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for a self-starter who manages time well, adapts to changing production needs, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Applicants should:

Understand basic machine shop math Know how to read a control plan Be comfortable using calipers and precision measuring equipment Work safely and efficiently in a team environment Experience is preferred, but not required. If you're interested in production machining but don't have every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply. We're willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.
